“At the heart of our kitchen is a love affair with the Mediterranean, where sun-drenched coasts meet age-old culinary traditions. Every dish we serve is inspired by seaside villages, open markets and family tables where food is shared, savored and celebrated. Our story is led by chef owner Brandon Bartolo whose passion for Mediterranean cuisine turns simple ingredients into unforgettable experiences. From fragrant herbs to freshly caught seafood and slow roasted meats, each plate reflects his belief that great food begins with respect for nature and tradition.

In 2025 chef Brandon’s dedication and artistry were recognized when he was named “Best Chef of the Year”, a milestone that honors not only his talent, but his relentless pursuit of flavor, balance and authenticity. My partner and I chose totally different meals with the help of the waiter who was so attentive and friendly. He was so proud of the food and couldn’t have made us feel any more welcome.
